Heliconia collaborates with builders and their clients to thoughtfully resolve the interior design of a home, supporting projects from early planning through to construction.

Our scope can include refining layouts and spatial flow, resolving kitchens, bathrooms and detailed joinery design, developing cohesive material and finish palettes, and preparing clear interior design documentation for pricing and construction. We also remain involved during the build phase to support delivery and ensure design intent is maintained.

We offer flexible service pathways to suit different project stages and needs.
Our Material & Finish Palette (Fast Track) provides a clear and cohesive selection schedule for early pricing and confidence in key decisions. The Floor Plan Review focuses on testing and refining existing plans against the client’s lifestyle, goals and budget to ensure optimal spatial planning, light and site response. For a more comprehensive approach, our Full Interior Design service delivers complete design development and detailed documentation, fully resolved and ready for accurate quoting and construction.

The result is a more streamlined and considered process with projects that are easier to price, easier to build, and more efficient to deliver, ultimately leading to stronger, more successful outcomes.
