Stage Two – The Strategic Plan Review

The Strategic Review is ideal for new builds and larger renovations requiring deeper, more iterative design input. Unlike our Stage One review, the Stage Two process allows for multiple touch points and meaningful spatial refinement.

The Strategic Review Includes:

• In-depth review of your existing architectural plans

• Up to 10 hours of dedicated Heliconia design time

• Multiple review meetings (as required within scope) in person, on site or virtual

• Detailed spatial planning refinements (flow, proportions, room relationships)

• Plan mark-ups and annotations

• Furniture planning considerations and layout testing

• Storage and joinery positioning guidance
