The Strategic Plan Review is a comprehensive, multi-touchpoint process designed to properly test and strengthen your layout before it progresses further. Unlike a single consultation, this stage allows us to thoroughly evaluate proportions, circulation, storage, furniture placement, window placement, aspect, and joinery positioning in detail — with time to refine and rework.
With up to 10 hours of dedicated Heliconia design input, we ensure your home works intelligently - both spatially and practically.

The Strategic Review Includes:
In-depth review of your existing architectural plans
Up to 10 hours of dedicated Heliconia design time
Multiple review meetings (as required within scope) in person, on site or virtual
Detailed spatial planning refinements (flow, proportions, room relationships)
Plan mark-ups and annotations
Furniture planning considerations and layout testing
Storage and joinery positioning guidance
