The foundation of this scheme draws on the home's idyllic bushland setting and overlays it with colours and textures inspired by the nearby coast. The room was already filled with natural light, however with an angular attic ceiling and a stairwell in the middle of the room, function was clunky. We customised a joinery design that turned the room into a double office with reading nook and fabulous storage and used colour and texture to enrich the space.
