A tired red brick house with clunky layout was transformed into a bright and breezy coastal oasis. Heliconia was engaged to design the new kitchen, laundry and mudroom, as well as specify the interior and exterior design elements. The result is a free-flowing family home that is barely recognisable as its former self.
