This stunning new build in the Southern Highlands was a full-service design project, from the earliest design concepts right through to final execution. Designed for a local couple wanting the best of both worlds: a home on the beaches, and a luxury country home. The brief was to create an elegant and comfortable forever home—an inviting retreat for relaxed everyday living and special moments with their adult children.
We worked collaboratively with the clients from the ground up, starting with detailed floorplan refinement to ensure every inch of space was purposeful and aligned with their lifestyle goals. The result is a spacious, modern farmhouse that blends the charm of Hamptons styling with contemporary character—gabled rooflines, board and batten cladding, sandstone accents, and warm natural textures that echo the surrounding landscape.
