Working with Pangol Builders and Action Plans on this coastal renovation, we transformed this original red-brick home
into a refined Coastal Hamptons oasis.

By embracing the home’s natural aspect, we introduced skylights into pitched ceilings to draw sunlight deep into the
kitchen and living areas. We reconfigured the floor plan to create a seamless connection from front to back, this infusion of natural light elevates the connection between indoors and the rear alfresco, creating a bright, airy environment that feels effortlessly coastal.

A natural palette of soft green tones and natural stone, paired with oak timbers and a mix of brass and black accents we created a
sense of calm that carries throughout the home.
